good quality breakfast choice friendly staff
The location had close access to the city. Breakfast featured A good quality and choice. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They provided EV charging options for my car.

Alpine Charm at its finest
lake proximity gentle smile summer pass
I found the location superb. The proximity to the lake made every walk a romantic stroll. The staff showed attentiveness, addressing every request with a gentle smile. I especially liked the included summer pass. It opened up a world of cable car rides and lido visits.
The room's lighting wasn't very bright. I found it quite dim, made reading in the evening slightly difficult.

The hotel provides washing machines that guests can use freely. This requires washing pods available at reception for a small fee. There are also dry and wet saunas offered, the saunas providing a very relaxing experience after a day out.

The hotel benefits from its location near the lake and the town center, ensuring convenient access. It is close to the train station, thus ensuring easy transportation access. This aspect greatly helped our family.

The staff demonstrated constant support. They always seemed calm and well-mannered, ensuring assistance was readily available. The check-in process was simple, contributing to a relaxed start. It was nice.

tender moments in the mountains
spacious suite pristine sauna effortless mornings
the standard suite provided generous space. the sauna warmed us after skiing and was pristine. the easy walk to lifts made mornings effortless, also public transport was close.
the room lacked a little view. i asked for fresh towels, but had to ask daily.

the hotel features a sauna. the fitness center includes two treadmills and stationary bikes. the breakfast room is ample, with seating for many guests, also offering beautiful views. the spa area provides several lounge chairs.

An Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
missing racks inconvenient amenity
The breakfast had a variety of food available so, at least I didn't starve.
The room lacked racks in both the bathrooms and bedrooms. I found it rather inconvenient not having anywhere to hang clothes or towels. This seemed like a basic amenity the room needed, even for a short stay. I would expect this attention to detail at this price.

great breakfast amazing breakfast perfect location convenient location spacious bathroom well equipped bathroom no air conditioning lack of air conditioning single fan outdated room
i found the breakfast unparalleled. there was a great location right next to the lift. the bathrooms were spacious and well equipped.
the apartment had no air conditioning. i found only one fan available. the rooms felt outdated.
